Refund & Return Policy

Every garment is cut, embroidered, and finished specifically for your order, so we're unable to accept returns or exchanges once production has begun. If you booked a consultation, our team confirms your measurements, fabric, and embellishment details with you before work starts. That's your opportunity to make any changes.

Orders can be cancelled free of charge within 24 hours of confirmation, as long as production hasn't started. Once a piece is in progress, it can't be cancelled, since fabric has already been cut and embroidery work is underway.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, email us at info@swatigoel.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the piece and its packaging. Once approved, we'll arrange a repair, replacement, or refund at no extra cost to you. We're unable to consider claims raised after this window.

Made-to-order pieces are cut to the measurements shared during your consultation, so please confirm them carefully; alterations needed because of measurements provided by the customer aren't covered under this policy. Minor fit alterations are complimentary within 15 days of delivery. Requests after that period may carry a charge depending on the work involved.

Every piece is finished by hand, and small variations in embroidery placement, embellishment, and fabric tone are part of that process rather than a flaw. As we note on our Craftsmanship page, these imperfections are what set handmade artistry apart from anything machine-made.

Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method through Razorpay within 7–10 business days of approval, and you'll receive an email once the refund has been initiated.
